Every business starts with an idea and my idea was to provide a service where customers and team members had the same positive experience. I believe this should be the priority of every service company.
After working for a large pest control company I realized that most companies mainly focus on having the skills and knowledge to do the job. It's true that this is very important in this industry; when you pay for a service you want the most qualified team to assist you! However, a lot of times, the customer service is not what you expect and this can be very frustrating. I Know that feeling well because as a Service Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, my job was to listen to customers concerns and provide solutions that would transform their experience into something positive. I found that almost 90% of the time, the problem started with poor communication or not communication at all!
